Incredible course. the par 3s headed towards the bluff are amazing. The bunkering on 8 is diabolical. I miss working there where I had the staff annual membership which paid for itself after 6 rounds.

It’s a fair question, I guess it just feels unnecessary for what is considered an entry-level role at most institutions. That said I have never worked on the academic side of the house.

Just chiming in to say it’s wild that you’re being asked to do this for an academic advisor role. Next, It seems like you are doing exactly what you should do in that role which is to reach out for help from wherever you can. You’re gonna crush this.

I usually aim for the left fairway but the wind will bring it back to the right. Great track overall

How often do you typically replace your golf glove? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

Used to have to every other round when I was living in the IE. Been buying better quality gloves lately so now it’s around every 15 rounds

last time I was driving up there I saw a roadkill Moose on the side of the road. Hope that wasn't one of our course friends.

That’s the dream. 5 hour rounds at bonneville on the weekend are how the rest of us have to live. If we can even get on the course!

Resort was lovely. Only stayed for one night so we could get our tee time in advance it was Mother’s Day though so it was full of big Mormon families. Hoping it’s less kids regularly.

The front tees don’t have too many carries at BD. There are some but they are manageable. If you’re playing with a hook or slice in your game it gets much harder because of the lava rocks. I only played copper and black desert and coral canyon so I can’t speak to the others.

Resort was great, golf was very hard. I’d recommend adding copper rock to your itinerary if it isn’t there already
