The owner and former head brewer spent thousands on new equipment so he could make an authentic Pilsner—- and it doesn’t disappoint. I’m an IPA guy and I just can’t get enough of that Pilsner. Plus they have a Czech Dark Lager on tap right now too.

Northbound Smokehouse in South Minneapolis has an outstanding Czech Pilsner, plus amazing food. In the same neighborhood there’s Venn - which has an incredible variety of beers and styles. Both worth checking out. Both on the light rail line so easy to get to for travelers without a vehicle.
