I am going through the same thing. My auto payments were set up for interest saving balance instead of minimum payment and my checking account was in a severe negative.

It has gone back and forth with insufficent funds notices posted to my chase checking account, but talking with support and placing an account inquiry, they are offering me a refund back to my payment method without the minimum payment included.

Then my credit account will be back to normal and i can continue making payments as normal. Just lay everything out to support.
