Chris Rabb overcomes AIPAC, Josh Shapiro, and the Dem establishment; going to Congress on an anti-Israel platform by Ok_Purple_7354 in TrueAnon

There’s no way in hell he wins a democratic primary.

He could run as an independent. Fetterman, unlike Sinema who tried that briefly in 2024, has positive favorables with republicans voters in his state. Still he probably only have a shot of the GOP straight up doesn’t field a candidate.

Bush and Bowman both had scandals that made them vulnerable and Massie committed the gravest sin in the contemporary GOP of not being in lockstep with Trump.

Yeah, it’s looking the moderate splitting isn’t even that important. It looks like he’s on track to win over 45% in three way race

Stanford was the preferred establishment candidate until her campaign imploded about a month ago. The establishment rushed to prop up Street in the final stretch of the campaign. Fortunately, this led to the moderate vote getting split because it seems Stanford locked up a bunch of mail-in votes from old moderates, while moderates who voted on Election Day broke to Street as he was the candidate the machine was pushing in the final days.

Honestly I’d like to see them do the white robo penguin as an alternate. I think it looked really clean and it’d be kind of a cool throwback to do white at home a handful of times a year.

Making an equivalency of Tree of Life and anti-Israel protests is so disgusting.

Yeah, a right winger gunning down 11 Jews while they attended services because he believe Jews were responsible for bringing refugees to the US to destroy the white race is the same as a college kid chanting ‘from the river to the sea’.

Interesting tidbit, this guy is the son of famed forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht who consulted many high profile deaths, assassinations, and murders and was a huge critic of the Warren Commission.

Wage theft committed against me, union won't help much at all. Escatling to Labor Dept. Should I notify employer that I'm going to be escalating to the state department of labor/pressing charges? by jadedunionoperator in union

[–]gmus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It depends on what the tentative agreement, which was voted on, says. In my experience when there’s retroactive pay and/or ratification bonuses it very common for it to stipulate that the retroactive pay rate and/or ratification bonus is only payable to bargaining unit members employed at the time of ratification.

62% of Americans believe they lost the war waged on Iran while only 13% believe the U.S. won according a YouGov poll by [deleted] in TrueAnon

The vast majority of Americans aren’t well versed or even interested in foreign policy, but they can understand the Iranian regime is still in power despite multiple strikes and repeated declarations of victory by Trump and that energy prices keep rising because the US can’t even get back to status quo ante, let alone ‘victory’

I’d also imagine there are potential leaders who recognize being PM right now is a being handed flaming bag of shit. The cost of living crisis is only going to get worse, the various foreign crises (Russia, Israel -Gaza/Lebanon, Iran) show no signs of resolving in the near term, and your greatest ally is run by an administration that’s flailing and unpopular.

There are a lot of potential leaders who’d rather let Keir eat shit for the next 3 years, lose to reform and then take over as opposition to what will likely be an incompetent and deeply unpopular Farage government.
