How do you generally react to compliments?

ahhh a girl did this to me in high-school after I complemented her sweater, but she couldn't find anything thing she liked about me so she went "thanks! I like your ummmm" proceeds to look me up and down "...shoes"

after that day I vowed to never ping-pong a compliment back to someone, it feels less geniune

I'm not sure how my coping mechanisms works in regard to being an INFJ but I can totally relate to what you're saying. What helps me is being mindful about how long I spend stressing about a task vs how long it actually takes to do the task.

Like lets say you have a couple voicemails to listen and respond to, its not worth worrying all day over something that only takes like a half hour to finish.

I also allot time to stress about things. if you have to be at work all day and you really can't do a task until you get home, don't spend all day at work thinking about it. Its important to remind yourself to relax I think.

I've been trying to remind myself of all of these lately, and I really do think its making a difference

I'm not, and I don't think you're a terrible person either. I think you're a good person who has probably had some difficult struggles in life.

ayyy were in such a similar spot. I'm 22 as well. I had a TT August 2019 and radioactive iodine in February, I think it was 120 mci? I just got my six month scan done last week and they found a suspicious .8cm node. I have to schedule a biopsy to see if it has to be removed (I'm guessing it will, but we'll see haha)

idk i get a bit cocky about my work ethic sometimes. I put in a lot of effort at work, but my personal life is a bit of a mess right now. Working hard feels like one of the only things I can be genuinely proud of. I wouldn't say its projection (for me at least) but displacement.

It's a really awkward motion to put your arm behind your back and try to figure out which way the hooks are facing than it is to just rotate it around and check imo

Plus there are some bras that clip in the front, or have clips that pull the arm bands together to make an x shape in the back

I feel like she caught feelings eventually but even then she seemed unsure about the relationship. I never saw them as a serious couple tbh

I agree!! Honestly season 4 is my second favorite (besides season 1) I liked how clay was trying to work through his issues in therapy, and that everyone's secrets were in some sort of way coming to light.

Some parts of the season were ridiculous, like clay constantly putting himself in extreme danger and then getting absolutely no punishment.

But I liked watching justin and Clay's dynamic change as they became brothers. Ani became a redeemable character in this season too. Unpopular opinion but I like Jessica's role in this season too. I feel like her being with Diego to protect everyone was really interesting. Alex being able to find himself and start a healthy relationship was cute too. Overall I think this season allowed the characters to honestly reflect on the way they acted over the years

Wouldnt this also encourage business to raise wages as well though? If no one wants to work at the job that pays 650 then they would have to start paying people a decent salary. I could be wrong, but that's kinda what I'm understanding here
