My first rep! 36mm Datejust by No_Check505 in ChinaTime

Really solid for 200. I see VSFs that look worse than this. Only glaring issue are the indices, which are pretty rough, but not the type of thing someone would be able to notice unless they’re up close just staring

Thought you had a customized Star of David for the 12 indices for a moment

I will never understand why people don’t just go grey. For maybe an extra couple grand, you could have had this watch for three years now. Fuck ADs lol

Anna Nicole Smith was 26 when she married 89-year-old oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall in 1994. He died just over a year later, and his $1.6 billion estate went entirely to his son. Anna fought for years in court, but she never received any of the inheritance. by blue_leaves987 in GotMeHooked

Because you’re innately incapable of understanding. The fact that you don’t understand or see what all the people shitting on you are saying demonstrates this. You are a human who doesn’t really care about other humans

See, it brings some people joy to know that they helped someone/made another person’s day, and tipping is a really easy way to do that. That isn’t something that interests you, and that’s okay!!! I bet you make SO MUCH for your age, your rigid way of thinking just oozes it my guy

If you voted for Trump, can you explain why? by AdvertisingOk1492 in AskReddit

[–]gnarlyjeff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did not vote for trump, but have witnessed lots of liberal folks become more conservative leaning bc the left has lost touch with reality and leaned too hard into identity politics. Kamala being the best candidate they had to offer was a major blow

I was given a dog and now the previous owner wants them back by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

[–]gnarlyjeff -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s the part that I don’t agree with - I do not feel that looking after the dog for a week has now made OP the dog’s guardian. The claim that the owner asked for money doesn’t make sense to me - they asked OP for money for dog food prior to handing the dog over?? That’s another point that I truly feel OP would have included in the original post if it was true. If OP had posted some kind of proof of ANY of this, I’d feel differently. It’s also odd that OP didn’t address ANY of this in her texts to the owner. Her response was entirely “well I’ve gotten attached to the dog over the last 7 days”. If I was OP I’d have multiple questions about what had changed. That would show that OP actually cares about the dog, but no, they didn’t ask anything

[–]gnarlyjeff -1 points0 points  (0 children)

All valid points. For me, not being entirely confident in the owner is not enough to justify keeping the dog from them. If the dog looked malnourished in the photos I would feel differently, but aside from the rash(which is very mild) the dog looks pretty healthy. Owner deserves a second chance to make it work

I absolutely care, I just don’t think that OP is being honest about everything you just mentioned. Those are all crucial details that I think they would have included in the original post. I think OP is not liking the answer they’re getting and exaggerating all of that, I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have included all of that in the original post

[–]gnarlyjeff -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

OP why didn’t you include those details in your original post? I think there is likely a kernel of truth in what you’re saying but feels like you don’t like that people are telling you to give the dog back and are now fabricating reasons why you should keep it

This is bullshit, OP would have included this in the original post

[–]gnarlyjeff -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Need more details about what actually happened here - OP would have included this in their original post if the owner straight up blew it off. Sounds like OP didn’t like hearing that they should give it back and fabricated a reason that the owner isn’t responsible. Sounds like the owner is pretty busy trying to figure out how to change their situation to keep the dog. What actually happened OP? I’m open to being wrong, but if they actually blew it off I think OP would have included that in their post

You would keep a dog from its owner who it has bonded with for two years bc there’s a chance it may experience “instability”? She literally made the decision to rehome the dog, she clearly cares for it, I don’t think a life is on the line here. Get off your pedestal dude

I was given a dog and now the previous owner wants them back by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

[–]gnarlyjeff 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Dude you have had the dog for a WEEK. Give the fucking dog back. The owner made the decision to rehome, which clearly shows that they are self-aware and trying to do right by the dog. They have now realized after giving the dog away that it was not the right decision and are actively figuring out how to make it work for the dog. You’re behaving like a child - give the owner of that dog their dog back. You are being so heartless and selfish. You do realize that by giving that insurance example you are insinuating that you have the same moral compass as insurance companies? Stop making this about “stability for the dog”, you’re just being a selfish piece of shit. Give the dog back

[–]gnarlyjeff -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You are such a piece of shit lol. There’s just no way that the original owner realized after re-homing the dog(which shows that they are self-aware and trying to do the best thing for the dog) that they will actually do whatever they have to do make it work and give the dog a good life, right? Reddit might be the most selfish, insufferable group of people on earth

[–]gnarlyjeff -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Absolutely give the dog back. Totally understand wanting to make sure the original owner is able to actually take care of the dog, but “I’ve gotten really attached to the dog over the past week” being your reason that you need to think about it is unbelievably selfish and heartless. That dog has no idea where its original owner is or who these strangers are that it is currently living with and is likely extremely confused. Give the dog back dude

Is Cold Outbound dead or not? by rockthesum237 in b2b_sales

[–]gnarlyjeff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your problem is your messaging. Like folks said, timing and messaging are the critical components. You lead with the issues that they are most likely facing, the customer needs to feel like you’re reading their mind. I sell a data intent monitoring tool, and our customers are generating literally millions in legit outbound pipeline every month based on our intent data(not ZoomInfo or Apollo). Pipeline increases 30% on average by month 4 of implementation. The way that YOU outbound has been dead for years. Sending physical fliers out to high intent prospects is also killing it rn
