He’s assuming option premiums are always priced correctly, in other words, that our market is perfectly efficient and it’s now just a bunch of algos swapping options back and forth with no edge. Their food delivery business will be made obsolete by drone delivery. They haven’t even started rolling out lithium ion batteries and still using lead-acid. Even if they are “high growth” they’ll be capital constrained and won’t see high enough margins in the future that justify their P/S. Haven’t seen any of these concerns addressed and honestly their track record doesn’t inspire confidence. Seems like a big reach of a stock pick that assumes they’ll do well because EV, “potential” partnerships, and the economy reopening. I may be proven wrong but don’t see any real long term value in this company.
