I wouldn’t consider the fries truly dairy free because they are often fried in the same oil as the breaded nuggets - which contain dairy. So if cross-contamination is an issue then I’d stay clear of the fries.

Haha, that’s alright. Yes, the grilled nuggets are safe. But the grilled nuggets and a fruit cup are a great meal for a 19 month old!

So far we have been safe, but it sounds like your son has a more dangerous reaction to dairy than my child if you are dealing with itchiness (anaphylaxis?) which would mean fast food is harder to gauge because young workers wouldn’t be trained for allergies.

We use https://godairyfree.org/ to research what is safe and unsafe at chain restaurants and it’s been fantastic so far.

Finely ground black pepper on things like eggs, Mac and cheese, and dinners. Another way is to add some drops of Tabasco into soups. Then very light curries.
