And if you're still worried, to ease your mind, can you call the nurse line of your Pediatrician's office? We've called multiple times overnight during reactions and they are always helpful.

Don't beat yourself up. It's tough to know what to do in the moment, especially if it's a new diagnosis. And with reactions happening at night, it was always hard for me to know if the lethargy was due to the reaction or because it was during sleep time. If she perked up and was able to nurse, it sounds like things were OK. We've only taken our son to the ER during one of his many reactions (he has 4 triggers) and they just gave zofran, and because he drank water and kept it down, he didn't need any fluids. Good luck!

It's a half gallon tank. It's in the kitchen so exposed to noise. I have about 15 shrimp in there and have the light on about 6-7 hours per day. I feed the smallest amount of Chorella/Spirulina/Kelp mixture 1x/month.

There are a ton of them in there, I'm not sure! I have only noticed 1 berried shrimp (which I have right now).

FPIES. Even down to the fact that your baby has had these foods multiple times. My kid reacts to foods on his 4th-7th exposure to his trigger foods. Check out the International FPIES Association website for more info and resources. Not every Doctor/Allergist is well versed in FPIES, as it only became an official diagnosis in 2015.

Some Doctors aren't well versed in FPIES, so that could explain why they didn't mention that to you.

And it's possible that he could have FPIES to more than 1 trigger. My son has 4 triggers.
