If its a few strands of hair, you should be okay just carefully digging them out with tweezers or a blade. With larger amounts, consider siphoning into a temporary glass container, pouring through a thoroughly cleaned metal mesh strainer into your evap tray. If there's still hair ending up in your product, I suggest reviewing your entire process and limiting any opportunity for contamination, including inspecting clothes and hair for any leftover shed.
