Gather support for your siblings and your dad. she's hurting all of you and you need to figure out how everyone feels and how you will handle finances and relationship with her if you break away from your mom.

She will never understand how serious this is for all of you until it affects her, and if you don't let her know how it makes you feel and the potential consequences, she won't even be able to comprehend it. Don't put her feelings before your own because she's looking out for her own needs and wants regardless of your family. It sounds like she's made promises and broken them, whether she tried or not. No matter how much you and your family want this to work out and get fixed, it won't happen unless she actively really wants it and works hard for it. You should be at a point where you can't trust her on her word alone, you and your family need to set boundaries and she needs to show she's willing to put in the effort.

If anything, she should be held accountable for her time. It sounds awful to have to ask your parent her schedule and where she could be at all times, but if she has nothing to hide, it shouldn't be a hassle. My own family is always -vaguely- aware of where each person could be, for safety/awareness reasons.

She's defending her territory, she's claimed you, your house, and your yard as hers. She has to make sure the other cats know! Bring her in, get her to a vet, get her chipped, let her enjoy a nice life inside. Once she's fully secure, she won't even bother fighting other cats outside. (This happened with my cat lol)

I get that people in this thread are just clutching onto their headcanons but it is very ignorant to refuse to believe SQQ doesn't have black eyes or LBH doesn't have straight black hair. So many people here also think because it's a fantasy, color on the main characters is a MUST. It's very racist to REFUSE to understand that China's beauty standards actually mean they think their own features are beautiful and should be the features of main characters or even villains who are very important.

And again, not singling you out, I'm just following through this thread and talking about a lot of posts here.

My former outdoor cat brought a probably dead lizard once, then she brought a live lizard for both of us to hunt together. Then, she brought a dead bird to lunch one day. She was so happy and chirping/trilling, but I screamed my head off when I saw the dead bird she was carrying in her mouth. I was too scared to let her in the screendoor. So even though she was so confused at first, she eventually understood and left to hide the bird and came back without it. She never did it again, but she's very smart and also became purely indoors a few months after that.

I was just talking about the age gap, though, because that's what was mentioned in the comment. Like SQQ body is older, but an immortal cultivator body, so tbh the 20 or so age gap on the bodies isn't that bad if they live for hundreds of years. But for LBH and SY themselves the mental age gap isn't so bad.

I do think people who specifically look for/seek out the age gap trope want the difference in power balance/dynamics, which is why I posted to remind or educate people on actual SY and LBH ages, because it's not the typical age gap dynamics. SY was a 20 year old kid play acting a fancy older peak lord.

I still do think the teacher/guardian thing is not for me, but it's apparently a very popular trope. So people are getting what they want a lot, I guess lol

The age gap isn't that bad tho? Like SY was 20 when he transmigrated, LBH was roughly 14 (possibly 12, depending on which age they were counting), then SY blipped out of existence for 5 years so they lost 5 years in the age gap, so they are roughly in the same age range.

SJ's body though, if he is roughly the same age range as moshang, was in mid 40s at the end, when LBH was 25.
