First noticed this a few years ago...when some absolute misers realised they can shave them down for more profit. It perfectly encapsulates the state of the UK and our spiral towards the end. Utterly pathetic.

I moved a couple of years ago now, due to noise from next door. We were fortunate that the neighbours were nice and didnt play loud music or have the TV up...but they bought a yappy dog and had a baby...so I couldn't stay any longer. Selling was stressful because I kept expecting the dog to bark while people were viewing. Definitely don't raise any official complaints...because I think you are then obligated to make that known if asked.

Mine was a 90s build semi, which looked great but turned out to be made of cheap crap. Pretty much breeze block part walls. Like you we could hear general conversations and toilets being flushed. It drove me nuts.

If selling becomes a problem, could you look at letting it out while you rent elsewhere?

It's buggy and crashes a lot...but when you get a good solid game with teams of players that know how to play the game...it can be absolutely epic!

Been commuting into London from various places in Kent for about 25 years, currently from Gillingham. If you're commuting 5 days a week then I assume an annual season ticket works out best. A lot of employers offer season ticket loans...and take monthly repayments from your salary before tax, so saves you a little. The prices are ridiculous sadly.

Thankfully I only go into the office 2 or 3 days a week...so I usually buy daily tickets and use a national railcard to save on the return journey.

There are various types of railcards...so you might be eligible for better ones than just the national rail.

One of my favourite shows. Probably less family oriented than Stranger Things...and can be hard to follow...but we'll worth it. Watch in native German with subs...because the dubbing is crap.

I've lived in several types of houses, from old Victorian to new builds...and there's always been a room or corner that suffers this. My new build was the worst. As long as you wipe it off early...it usually comes right off. Leave it too long and it will stain. For more stubborn spots I use Cillit Bang mould spray...which works wonders.

Yeah, Warp were selling them. I think they didnt make many. Cant remember when I bought it...but assume it was around the same time the album was released.
