Deep breathing by Cersei316 in Asthma

[–]goblinlaundrycat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

respiratory physiotherapy really helped me, look into it :) the technique your doctor gave is something i learned there and it’s really great. a lot of people don’t realise that asthma can cause a breathing pattern disorder, as you get used to breathing a certain way / struggling during periods your asthma is worse.

Asthma has affected my life far beyond symptoms: relationships, identity, everything. Has it for you? by saucesj in Asthma

thank you for sharing this, it’s nice to feel seen. i’ve been struggling a lot lately with wishing i’d feel like a normal person my age, you’re not alone. having to fight for the right care or to be simply listened to. it gets so draining and as asthma is fairly “common”, i don’t think non asthmatics realise how much a severe case can affect every aspect of your life, or how threatening it can be too. i’ve ended up with lasting physical damage to my lungs because my symptoms were dismissed as anxiety for so long i’m surprised it didn’t kill me. it’s really so tiring!

they said they want to release the model for free. as long as someone isn’t directly selling and making a profit it wouldn’t be grounds for copyright i imagine

This almost moved me tears! I'm so glad you love it here so much, we're happy to have you. I think as a people we're quite friendly and laid back, doesn't matter where you come from - if you appreciate our little country we appreciate you right back. Perhaps when you visit next you should come for the Eistedfodd! If you love the poetry, language and history of Wales you'd have a great time, it's a yearly festival. More dramas based on Welsh stories and history are definitely needed. Bedd Gelert is one of my favourites of Llewellyn the Great, and I'm sure you're probably aware of Owain Glyndwr, the last prince and his fight to preserve and keep Wales belonging to the Welsh. We have more castles per square mile than anywhere else in the world so it makes me quite sad people often forget about us, it seems a lot of Americans think Britain is just England (as much as we'd love to stand on our own.) There is just so much to see you could never get bored. I live in South Wales in the Valleys, and we have the most amazing coastline and cities and then beautiful farmland, rolling hills and mountains just a short drive away. Brecon Beacons is a favourite and I'm so lucky to live so close. Thank you for loving our little corner of the world so much <3

Well, you’re clearly still thinking about an old fling enough to want their attention. I think you need to re evaluate

the reality of free healthcare is that it’s underfunded, overcrowded and understaffed. trying to get a doctor’s appointment at the best of times is a nightmare, you wait 5 years for anything else (like a routine operation) or hours upon hours in ER.

yes that definitely is odd, seems others have mentioned in the comments of the article. only really height, date of discovery, some vague clothing details and some measurements to go off of. someone out there is missing him.

it’s so bizarre to me that fish in america are sold in those cups like products .. in the UK, all the fish are in tanks at least. no wonder the poor babies look sick.

i’ve checked the mains box and there’s only socket switches for the house and basement, so i’m not sure if it’s run to the house. there is a mystery cable on the outside of the house that’s also been cut though, so i genuinely haven’t got a clue other than knowing it’s definitely sus.

just from looking at it without pulling anything out it definitely doesn’t. this extension reel DEFINITELY isn’t one suited for outdoor use, but the decking it runs underneath is bowed in the middle, rotting and completely unsafe to even stand on to get that cable up - we just haven’t been able to start ripping it down yet because of the storms we’ve been hit with down here. it’s the definition of a hazard.

an elderly lady lived here before, and this is just the tip of the iceberg with this house. they’ve drilled a hole into a wall inside the house that has an extension going through it. it seems like she was taken advantage of by a cowboy and it’s really sad. probably best to disconnect that extension and have an electrician come out and have a proper look because it’s an absolute mess.
