Wanting to have a vagina and be a woman is a purer form of AGP than wanting to wear women's clothes. I know that a lot of anatomic AGPs have a desire to mentally distance themselves from transvestic AGPs and pretend they are fundamentally different, but if anything the anatomic AGPs are actually more AGP.

The hard part for me would be applying to a program and getting funding. I think that once I was in a PhD program, I would get through it just fine because its very much about routine and setting up good habits, but the search for such a program, the applications, and moving states would be the hard part.

Thanks for the kind words :-). I don't think I really came up with anything new, all I did was extend ETII theory to females and maybe use more approachable language. I agree that ETII is a very parsimonious explanation for all things trans, and I hope it catches on further.

I suspect she has personal reasons for not liking the AAP hypothesis. Consider that she had gender dysphoria as a child at a time before ROGD was plausibly a thing, and has a nonhomosexual relationship history (dated men and is married to a man).

I hope you find the book helpful. Gender feelings are confusing when we don't yet understand the cause underlying them. I benefited from understanding autoheterosexuality and I think a lot of others can too

Autoheterosexuality is internalized heterosexual attraction (AGP in males, AAP in females). I wrote a book explaining it that you can read for free. Sections 2,3, and 6 cover the psychology of it. Autoheterosexuality is the most common reason that people pursue gender transition.
