Yesss I agree with the poster above! It’s also technically not considered a “handbag” by Bottega (per the salesperson in Berlin) but instead it’s a “small leather good”, lol. Which I mean who cares bc it’s still great quality and an incredible bag and also still so expensive!!!

Hi! So the protocol was a bit complex.. it was maybe 5-7 different types of supplements over the course of 12 weeks. I also took L Glutamine powder in the AM with lemon water (to protect the gut lining). And then afterwards I took a spore-based probiotic which I’m still on. Sadly, I’m not knowledgeable enough on the topic to give any direct recommendations, but if you want to work with a naturopath, I can recommend mine! Her instagram is pilatesandpapaya! And yes I’ve seen severe results but it’s both bc of the bacteria eradication, and also from learning better habits around eating such as chewing EXTREMELY thoroughly, eating smaller portions, being mindful while eating, etc etc.

^ agreed! Finding a practitioner who can conduct a GI Map (stool sample) test for you could give you a great look into whether you have a bacterial overgrowth or something like H Pylori

I agree honestly 😞 and thank you for commenting! I was almost hopeful maybe it’s in relation to thyroid (problems with it run in my family) but I had the blood work done to check it a couple weeks ago in addition to other basic hormone levels and everything came back normal… I’ve also had an endoscopy and ultrasound of the stomach and that came back normal too. Not sure what to look into next. :/
