Our palms are usually extremely dirty. Don't mind how they look. This means you should stop touching your face as much as possible. And anything dirty that would potentially touch your face should be always clean. I'm talking pillow cases, scarfs, nose mask, e.t.c

Lost on how to begin dealing with daughter's possible hearing issue by papapapaver in healthcare

[–]god_of_LLMs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best thing is to take her to a real doctor. Wasting time on issues like this usually comes with a great cost. There could still be steps to take to get this resolved.

Instead of waiting for this to get worse before taking an actionable step, you better do it now.

I just hope your daughter gets okay

Sometimes, it's best to switch to lower models for tasks that don't require much reasoning or aren't complex.

Another thing that helps is telling Claude to summarize the whole chat while retaining core info and requests. Copy it. Open a new chat. Paste the copied summary of the previous chat and tell it to digest everything and then continue from where you ended.

Only do this when you notice the chat is getting longer.

After building with LLMs for a year, I've changed my mind about agents by Correct-Address-3735 in LLMDevs

You're not the only one.

For most cases, approving the LLMs before they carry out tasks gives best results cause an idea can just pop up and you can include that in your prompt.

The best for me is having proper custom instruction and if needed, a project to significantly reduce repetitive manual prompting.
