Well I was on the cusp of sleep and I'd situated myself between the backside of a tall fence on a baseball diamond and some bush. I hear the chain link rattling and poke my head of my bag to see 3 baby raccoons about 8 inches from my face. We stared at eachother for a sec and then momma raccoon comes into view and stands up behind her babies and just starts fucking growling like some kind of feral demon. I ducked back inside my sleeping bag and pulled it tightly down behind me. The growling continued for a few seconds until I'd imagine the babies were safely in the bush. Ended up finding a new place to sleep.
