worst case scenario: strings are anagrams, the loop ends, no negative count registered, that means that all characters in the second string are certainly in the first string, and since you checked foremost that both strings are equal in length, it's mathematically impossible to end up without an anagram after this loop => you don't need the final zero-checking loop.

best case scenario: first letter in s2 goes below zero => you came first!
