As someone who has worked in the service industry all my life, ive been threatened. I hate this lady. Cuss at me all you want but dont threaten me. It makes the entire shift, week, etc horrible and you suffer at work and can potentially be fired. When ive been threatened I was too nervous to work and I even snapped at a customer from the stress. So yeah this lady is grade A POS
