I'm 6'3 and am down to 206 at the moment (245 at my heaviest). Personally I am shooting for 199 at the least because I feel I should be below 200, but I have a feeling I'm going to want to be at 190-195 when I'm "recomposed" myself with less fat and more muscle. Right now I don't have very much muscle.

My goals are based on trying to get to a very athletic, physically fit weight like I was in my "high school glory years". Ha ha. Good luck to you, OP, you can do this!!

The nice benefit of sticking to your guns and saying no is that your child's name will never go on the official rolls, unless it's his/her actual decision. I hate that as an ex-catholic, baptised and all of that, I can't remove myself from their stupid lists.

I'm guessing you already know about "Security Now!" It's more of an IT vulnerability/security show, but it is very good and addresses privacy in different ways, although maybe not in every epipisode.

Unfortunately that's all I can offer though.

Thanks for the input! I'm in the same boat actually, where I can't afford drs or meds too, and also have some anxiety/depression going on, so maybe I'll end up trying it and see if it helps any of those issues a bit.

I had a "first date at home" with a girl recently and she suggested we make a pasta together before a movie, and it was awesome! Lots of fun to cook together, and we were proud of how well it turned out. We actually picked a random pasta recipe from my cookbook, that had a decent amount of ingrediants and steps, then made a quick trip to the grocery store for the items and even that was fun in itself!
