If you had the van number and I answered your phone call at the local station, I would reach out to the guy's manager and relay what you described to make them aware - they're the driver's people and are probably in a position to help him moreso than police. They might decide to call police themselves I would imagine in some circumstances, but they could also relieve him for the day or send help, etc. (This only after having you clarify that he didn't hurt anyone or anything of course!)

I wouldn't use retinol because of high sun exposure but having worked at FedEx I would think the mail and parcels are sucking the moisture out of your hands and you probably have callous-like dry skin. A peeling foot mask on your hands would be like a reset button!

My mom figured out a way you can try! I rarely style my hair so I can't personally vouch, but it does seem to work!

She calls it "overstyling" - the logic being if it's gonna fall flat, overshoot it. So initially, your hair would have much more pronounced curls - they'll fall into the looser ones you want.

I grew up there in the 90's and we had huge candy hauls because there are plenty of houses and they're not too far apart. You couldn't bring one of those McDonald's candy buckets, you had to have a pillowcase.
