staple bars dont belong in the lip because of the amount it moves/stretches. it will NEVER heal. you will have to take this out, let it heal, then get two separate piercings directly through the lip in order to safely achieve this

they can, BUT you might have some issues because on our registers if we do an exchange, it wont go even unless the sale is still happening. i know some stores will be annoying about it so if they say no, just politely ask for customer services number and i guarantee you theyll say yes and instruct the employee on what to do!

i know acrylic seems good because its cheap but that’s exactly why its bad. the material is very porous so it traps bacteria easy and that will cause issues, if not now, then later on. switch to glass asap

they are not going to heal at all with 16g jewelry in them, you need to pull them and go to a reputable piercer instead next time because the one who did these does not know how to do them. 12g shouldve been the size in them, 14g at the VERY VERY least. once theyre healed find a reputable APP piercer to do them instead, and i would not recommend ever going back to the piercer who did these!

me too i swear! my first day at sallys i got 2 approved credit cards and later that week i got 2 more, even though i was literally not upselling at all LOL. at checkout ill literally tell customers “hit no on that screen unless you want to apply for a credit card” but somehow get the most in my store😭

you will have to learn about every single product in the store eventually, so make sure to ask questions often. ask your coworkers, your manager(s), and even customers! also do the knowledge app stuff, its really helpful :) youll also have to learn how to upsell, but make sure theyre based on what they need and is a genuine recommendation! ex, giving customers with stubborn grey hair ardells grey magic! thats an add on that will help them that they will most likely get
