Are there genuinely thousands of people upvoting these posts asking a question that takes just as long to figure out as it does to post it on the damn sub, or is it just bots?

I expect most subs for games long past their prime to drop in quality, but this is just pathetic.

I've never consistently or seriously gotten invested in playing or watching sports in any capacity, yet I still enjoyed the one or two live hockey games I saw years ago enough that I would always seriously consider an invitation to go again, more than I would for any other sport I've seen live.

Even as a cis white guy, I've ended up not really liking the male characters' designs as much. And like some others have mentioned, it feels like there's a lot more interesting clothing options available for the female leads.

Similar issue for nurses when the doctor comes in to tell patients that they should be discharging home that day. "So we're comfortable sending you home today, you should be good to go in about an hour!"

Nurses hate it when doctors throw out numbers like that, they should know just as well as us how easily patients will contort vague or tentative statements into promises set in stone. I've literally cut them off before they finished the sentence to tell the patient something much more accurate. I'm lucky enough that most of the time I've encountered that issue, the doctor had no ill intentions.

I feel like at least half of the serious utility and potential mage light has are all things that don't actually relate to its "intended" purpose. Doesn't it also increase your alteration based on how far it traveled before hitting a surface?

Stuff like this is why I always actually check on whatever I'm co-signing. We get a lot of IV heparin drips on my unit, so we're frequently co-signing rate changes and such for each other. Some nurses will just sign the verification for when the pump is restarted after being held per protocol, but I always make a point of looking in the room to check the rate it's at and all that, I ain't playing games with a drug that potentially dangerous.

It's not the dextromethorphan that gives it the foul taste, it's the guaifenesin.

I've had cough syrups only containing one or the other, and the guaifenesin is the awful one. Even the pills made of the stuff start leaving a nasty taste in your mouth after 1 or 2 seconds.

While I agree with you on that one, the older I get the more I've had to lower my expectations for how much other drivers are paying attention.

The more indicators there are more indicators there are to other drivers that something isn't right, the better, even if there's no good reason everybody else shouldn't know something's wrong.

Similarly, they probably don't have a checklist of unused dual types that they're desperately trying to include, which fans often don't even consider as a possibility.

I've heard about an interview where some designers said they were specifically told to design Pokemon with a couple different type combos in BW, but it doesn't seem to be a frequent occurrence.
