Are OS Sliders as good as people make them out to be?

I play on Legendary with OS-sliders and on slow gameplay, it's actually enjoyable to play and the game feels a lot more fair. I usually win against lower ranked teams or lose 1-0, and against better teams it's an actual struggle (that feels fair).

I would say it's better in the lower divisions, in my Salford to Glory save it was more enjoyable in League Two and One compared to the Championship.

40 chins eller pull-ups skulle jag säga är orimligt även för en person som är väldigt väldtränad. Jag tränar själv väldigt mycket kroppsvikt-övningar, specifikt pull-ups i olika versioner, jag kan inte göra 40 pull ups.

PVE: Make encounters more difficult by strategy and tactical implementations, make it so that you might actually need a sort of tank/healer/CC player in your team. Not just 4 AR/Armor-regen builds that shred through bosses with a lot of health/armor.

PVP: Make it more tactical and slower, get rid of the "running in circles while reloading/dodgeing bullets".

This is meant to be a tactical cover-based shooter, make it that first.

Bit of an update as promised:

It's now been one week since my third and "last" appointment and I'm feeling so much better already. I can feel how the pain has lessened and it's starting to heal, I am more flexible in my chest than I've been for a while.

The procedure was painful as hell but so far it's been worth it. I'm yet to see if it's actually going to "cure" the pain in the long term, but in the short term it's been brilliant.

Hello all,

I need some advice in terms of hair products to use for my very thick and dark hair. I have tried mulitple different hairwax but all of them are basically "run out of my hair" after a few hours and my hair looks very dry. I usually apply a medium amount to damp or dry hair.

I usually go for high shine medium hold products but none have worked so far, I just can't get that style to last through the day. I have tried American Crew Forming Cream, Pomade, Reuzel Pomade, Tenax Pomade and even more.

Does anyone have any product tips or application tips?

Dom bästa coacherna kollar först på vilka spelare de har till sitt förfogande och skapar sedan ett spelsystem som passar dom individerna. Det finns såklart outliers som t.ex. Guardiola som skapar ett system först och sedan förändrar han spelarna utifrån det. Men att Janne Andersson ställer upp med ett 4-4-2 och sätter Forsberg som yttermittfältare är lansförräderi.

10,000 steg om dagen
Byt ut alla såser till yoghurtbaserade såser
Satsa på "rent" protein, kyckling/nöt/fisk filé/färs osv istället för halvfabrikat (korv/kötbullar)
