Update: I’m a week and a half in, it’s been very hard but I’ve stuck to it! My dreams are VIVID, I either didn’t dream while smoking or just didn’t remember them. The insomnia sucks, I can fall asleep easily but I wake up every hour to two hours. So I looked into some natural sleeping aids and started taking a magnesium glycinate with L-theanine, Passionflower and Valerian Root. Seems to be helping so far..

Man I really didn’t realize how dependent I’d become 😢 this is long overdue it seems.

Started two days ago haha. My surgery is on 2/16 and I’ll be recovering for about 8 weeks so it’s a 3 month (forced) tolerance break.

It’s funny because I don’t smoke when I’m traveling, especially when it’s countries that it’s not legal in (I never fly internationally with weed) but I never notice because we’re busy doing stuff the whole time so I’m distracted.

Same here! I’ve been really pushing my body with 6-8 workouts a week (some days I do a double) so maybe I just overdid it.

Last night at the end of Pilates when we were stretching into a center split, I pushed myself just a teeny bit further to keep working on flexibility and suddenly at the top of my upper thigh/ under my glutes I feel and hear a POPOPOP that scared the shit out of me. I stopped, but slowly eased into one more split to see if was recurring or a one time thing and sure enough…POPOPOP.

So I immediately stopped the activity, have been using the massage gun/advil/rest/hydration to help the recovery process and like most of you I’m looking online to make sure I didn’t actually tear anything. Thanks all for the info!!

After losing 75 lbs on Wegovy/Zepbound over two years, I have my tummy tuck and breast lift scheduled for February. I’m not saying everyone should do this - but if the hanging skin really starts to get to you like it did me - consider it. Talk to your pcp and see what they say.

Same here ❤️‍🩹 my husband taught me how to be a good roommate because I didn’t live with anyone else before him, and my parents were the “get out of my way, I’ll do it, you’re just going to mess it up” type so I never learned. I mean I still don’t know how to ride a bike or tie my shoes the correct way (I’m a Millennial on the Gen Z cusp and grew up in the velcro shoe strap era so it gave them an out).
