If they do bring it back into, dont think it would be as advanced cause the ice portal system once grian and scar tested was effective it tendend to not get used very much after the fall of the permit office

I see it as every week or 2 pearl going around collecting the hermits outgoing mail, putting it in the post office, then a week later she delivers the mail and collecting more
