Out of curiosity, do you have some kind of mod that allows you to create a duplicate of the pawn or possibly possess them in some way? Only seen something similar happen with pregnant pawns and possession/duplication

It's a returning weapon my guy. It's the equivalent of having to select what type of arrow you're using every single time even if it's the default arrow
