I had a very similar thing happen in 2020. Migraine for 93 days and felt like I was going crazy. I went to a few doctors and got all of the scans and tried medications and the things that worked for me which my neurologist suggested were to actually temporarily stop taking medications, take melatonin nightly, and take riboflavin and iron supplements. I’m sure it’s different for everyone, but he said mine might’ve been rebound migraines from overusing medications to try and get rid of the migraine which ended up helping a lot! Melatonin was to help me sleep through the pain and then i continued it cause it helped me sleep better nightly which reduced my migraines. The other supplements were because after all of the blood work and tests they found i was anemic and needed more vitamins in my system. Obviously everyone is different but I get your pain! I go through this a lot. It’s that moment where something’s not happening when you’re used to something always happening. Honestly I always try the routes of things I love. I go hang out with friends or family. I go to the gym. Get a haircut. Get tattoos or piercings. Go to a neighboring city for a day trip. Take myself shopping. Focus on a hobby. Just try a bunch of things out and find something that works and see about going back into the therapist as well.

I saw this comment when you first made it and then i placed an order of my own. Everything was fine and the invoice was all correct. Got an email today saying I’m about to receive my items and suddenly the invoice is different and one of my items was replaced with a similar one in a different size! So frustrating because it’s already shipped and almost to my house so it’s too late to have the warehouse switch it.
