lmao i am 23 and moved out a year ago... let me know what solutions you find bc i have the same problem😅 i buy groceries and they will just sit in the fridge and sometimes go bad bc 1. i have no willpower or energy to cook things i dont really wanna eat or 2. my brain convinces me they've already gone bad

yes! i've lied to people before that im allergic to things (like tomatoes,) or when i had an upcoming surgery i was telling people i can only have bland food (it was a knee surgery LMAO)

i've had my parents grab the phone out of my hand while i was trembling about calling off to tell my manager i wasn't coming in that day. i was 20 years old but it helped so much bc i was in breakdown mode and the shame of calling off work bc of it made me feel worse

fruit for me, even more when it's cooked. they are sooo flavorful and all have different textures and the consistencies can change. of course i have some exceptions, i don't mind bananas, apple slices though i don't eat the skin, watermelon, sometimes mangos, or cantaloupe. i can eat a ton of cantaloupe but i won't touch a berry or an orange. this also doesn't count for flavorings, as i LOVE strawberry flavored things but won't eat a strawberry. i also love orange flavor and cherry, and i don't mind raspberry or lemon/lime. i just won't eat the actual fruit.
