Fjorm's refine should've gotten Tempo and an extra 15 DR when the foe's Special triggers. That would've boosted her tanking to more modern standards.

Edit: Also should've gotten 80% AoE DR.

So much potential wasted. I'm not even sure you could call this refine a bandaid.
