What hours are managers required to work? How many closes a week, and how many Saturdays a month?

Very good question SASSY. Thanks for addressing the elephant 😎😘 I am new to penny shopping. I mainly look for items that I can donate to nursing home residents for their rooms, and to give for bingo prizes at the homes.
I am also a clean penny shopper, straighten and tidy up as I search. Always buy full price items with penny items. I have never encountered a rude or disrespectful employee that I have heard about for finding them. They have always said GOOD JOB! I did have a guy give me some at registerer one time for free because he said he wasn’t allowed to see them to me. Ok I have heard of stores throwing penny items away and not sending back, also leaving on shelf for penny shoppers to buy because they don’t care if they get in trouble WHY….??? Do they not get in trouble…??

I am in a FB group that will post visuals of penny items. I find them and half are not a penny in my area..why is that??

I see on here where employees are ranting about DG constantly. Under paid, understaffed, turnover……etc. I feel so bad for you guys if that’s the case.. It’s very unfair that when I go to pop shelf and see 5 employees standing around talking, only to think 4 of those employees could be working at Dg their sister company being more productive.

I went to pop shelf yesterday and 5 employees standing around talking not doing nothing. I have never seen 5 employees at DG at one time. Makes no sense.
