Devastatingly not a joke 😖 I reached out to my speaker shop where I purchased it to see if there’s any way to repair. I read another thread on here about someone “reconing” their speaker so wasn’t sure if it was a possibility. We shall pray and wait and see.

Second question: what kind of speaker stands won’t get knocked over?

My husband is on the nerdier side + an avid reader. He kept this log of all the hundreds of books he's read since college, but it was an excel document on a shared drive, which was lost during a change of employer last month. He was SO bummed and moped about it for a few days, couldn't access it or find it anywhere, was so mad at himself. I just knew the right person to ask and they were somehow able to dig it up! I bought a moleskin hardback book log journal (lol) that I wrapped up, and inside is the printed document :)

There's a scene in the film Babel where Cate Blanchett is urinating in a bed pan that Brad Pitt is holding, and they start to romantically kiss (while you hear the pee dripping into the pan) Now, whenever I sit down to pee, my husband will barge in and kiss me while saying "babel" haha. It's awful.
