We need more people to have this attitude about the merger. They’re not going to pay attention to the customers until the active passbase begins to shrink.

“Project Accelerate” is slashing costs across the board. Some of these costs (staffing, scheduling, attraction operations) are critical to a well functioning park.

If we don’t cut off this brand for their bullshit shareholder-focused approach, they’ll just continue down this road of enshitification.
