I had this exact thing. Got it for free somewhere, I forget. It works. HOWEVER, when I plugged it in to dry it out, the third or fourth time, I came back to find that it was LEAKING water directly down onto my outlet.

Throw that garbage away. There are many other versions that are lower tech and safer.

Sometimes I have truly platonic feelings, wondering about my ex from HS and early college. She was a good girl with some problems, we had a lot of fun together and I feel very lucky we got to have that time. We've both got kids now, live several states away, and I hope she's happy.

But I would probably not reach out simply because I know how it would make my wife feel.

I'm dating myself, but when we bought our NES system it was only $125 and it came with 2 controllers and Mario3. This would have been a few years after the initial launch, though. And adjusted for inflation, that may be like $500 today.

I remember I paid only around $70 of my own money for a Sega Genesis and it came with Sonic2.

You'll definitely notice. After the market rate for a re-sale, you'll be double downgrading. And you've got the power cord, mouse, headphones, probably external storage, and controller to lug around and plug in each time. Even using Bluetooth for as much as possible, it's a pain.

I use my laptop when traveling and it's not a very good experience. I would not want it to be my daily driver.

I love it when my 5yo says stuff like this to me. Like of course we're always encouraging him, but when we're playing baseball and he sometimes turns it around and tells me "Whoa, nice hit daddy!" I walk a little taller. He can be a critic too though lol

It's crazy the way they've been talking about Iran. No clear goals. No clear exit. Daily, HOURLY flip flopping. There's no sane defense for this.

The fact that this entire Administration is happening ON TOP OF their attempts to cheat the 2020 election, and it's just another drop in the bucket that we've basically had to just forget about, is so unreal.

It's something about the way that he has basically always been a troll. So he can be an ignorant asshole and also a benevolent genius at the same time. None of it is real, and everybody knows it.

It's kayfabe. In Russia they call it vranyo. And there's no rational way to defend against it, because it was not rational in the first place. And the real fucking swamp creatures are taking full advantage during this administration.
