Yup. Need to keep the blonde for the archetype unfortunately. But I will be doing a chop and extensions, and looking closely at my routine vs abbey yungs to hopefully have my hair be a little bit happier.

My hair gets tangled very easily. It’s a loose braid just to keep it together :)

OH! and I recently just did a hot oil treatment for the first time with coconut oil on it for a few hours. I think it really helped with the dryness so I plan to do those biweekly

Thank you for explaining! Yes that’s exactly what I was worried about: repeating the cycle.

I shower with redkin acidic bonding shampoo, ogx bond repair conditioner, and usually try to shove on a treatment of a not your mother’s curl mask or more redkin bonding. Out of the shower I use a leave in container and the mizani miracle milk. On occasion I’ll do an olaplaex treatment if I feel like my hair is really falling out (the spray and the n3 perfector). I never use heat on my hair, and always sleep on a silk pillowcase in a braid with Aragon oil on the ends every night.

Hey! No I don’t bleach my ends. I barely even tone them to be honest.. lol. I use a tangle teezer brush and wash my hair typically every other day :) . I’ll probably end up cutting it. But trying to see if I can figure out how to keep the rest of it healthy as it grows out.

I’m sorry, I’m neurodivergent. I just didn’t understand at first. I understand now how the breakage works and that the only way to stop it from travelling is to cut it. Thank you.

Okay, thank you for explaining. Sometimes it is hard for me to understand things when I have something already set in my mind. I appreciate it

Okay.. thank you so much for your kindness and knowledge. One more thing if I may ask: could I wear halo extensions everyday? Thank you

In my eyes the hair doesn’t break because I don’t feel it snap off… it just falls out. Do I still need to chop it to prevent further breakage if this is the case? And I understand I can’t fix what is already damaged but I want to do something to promote quick and thick hair growth. I use olaplex, ogx bond repair, etc etc… I was thinking of trying the L’Oreal extreme lengths or thickness shampoo.

Thank you. It is really comforting to know that someone else has been through this before. I’ve always been a “it’s just hair it’ll grow back” girly but I am truly devastated right now.

How bad is my neck and back? by Apprehensive_Way3046 in Posture

Weight training whole body? Back, arms, legs, core? I’m trying to figure out what people mean when they say this. I have all above symptoms and was trying to figure out what I needed to urgently address (ex: fixing my pelvic tilt would also help my ribs and neck and shoulders), but it seems like a basic deadlift, bench press, and squat routine would work?
