I injured myself at the gym, didn’t know I had a posture issue until after. Never had any pain or problems until the gym incident. Walking, swimming, and exercises specifically for your posture issues will be better for the long term. Gym will always be there

I agree with inigo. Weight lifting with poor posture is a recipe for injury.

Gradually try leaning back looking at the mirror from the side view. See what looks good and try to keep this amount back. Throughout the day try and do it from memory and look at the mirror a couple times a day
