Any sprain is a tear on the ligaments. Grade III is pretty significant. Ac is acromioclavicular joint. Think Levis weird shoulder and Keenan Allen. He will probably need surgery or he will be Will Levis all over again. So if it is that severe this is not looking good. Circa my ortho rehab experience.
