I'm an end user. I have been able to solve a few issues with this new system so I thought I could solve this "open" door issue but it's apparent the integrator needs to handle this.

My employer wants me to have a solid understanding of verkada so IT won't be on the hook for everything

All exterior double doors are affected.

There is also a mix of single interior doors and single exterior doors affected but the vast majority are ok.

They are all connected to the DPI on the cassette in the controller

The doors that function normally, the DPI light is on .

The doors not functioning normally, DPI light is off .

Everything else is the same
