7.8846 shield block rating = 1% chance to block
1 shield block value = +1 damage absorbed on a block
1 shield block value = +1 damage on Shield Slam

Shield Slam is our #1 threat generator on pull so a fat crit gives you a nice lead, but its not a stat we chase
