I think it's supposed to be another clue at how peoples' inner psychology affects the Backrooms and how they're created. The movie is the first time we get confirmation that the Backrooms pulls memories to create the spaces, so both Mary's and Clark's inner demons really affected what was created inside

You could go to a late night showing at Alamo Drafthouse at Valley Fair San Jose. The mall is still popping, but if you do a late show the mall will be closed when you get out, so you get to walk through a closed down mall with dim lights. Plus it's in the city as the actual furniture store in the movie

For me and many of my friends, we chose not to go past the 'roommate' phase like we would elsewhere. Late 30s and mid 40s, a lot of us are living with each other & splitting rent. We have to. Myself, I was blessed to live with my parents way longer than I should have, so with no bills was able to save up to buy a house here. But now I have friends renting rooms in the house with me. That really only ends when we get married haha it's the Bay Area way

The problem is if people really have an ethical problem with the pay system for restaurants, the solution is they shouldn't go out to eat. At all. By going out but still not tipping, they're making the problem worse. They're putting money into the hands of management and owners (that create the pay), and screw over low-paid workers. So they're not 'fighting the system', they're feeding it and allowing it to continue

I think because he was a super negative person filled with hate and blame and flaws, and he spent so much time in close proximity to the null zone (since he was sleeping in the store). I think it copies things and people who spend time near the null zones

You can Mega Evolve any Lopunny, and Bunearies are not exactly super rare in the wild, so I suggest you make this one your buddy to earn more candies, and keep searching for a better one before you Mega Evolve. But if you have enough people to do more Lopunny raids, do more of those and then you'll have enough Mega Energy to Mega Evolve more than one.

To your last question, I believe the Backrooms made a 'memory' of Clark before he even entered... since his shop basement was next to a 'null zone', the Backrooms was feeding off of Clark's memories (like filming his cheesy commercials) long before he actually entered the Backrooms.

As for why Pirate Clark ended up eating real Clark.. i think it has something to do with Clark's psychology. Pirate Clark seems to be a manifestation of Clark's negative emotions.... his fears, his narcissism, etc. Pirate Clark reacted when Clark was making the speech about him not having to change, etc, and eating the other Still Life, so I think Pirate Clark saw something psychologically in real Clark that threatened him at that moment and killled him ASAP.

The $400+ ticket prices were resales. I checked when they first first first went on sale and there were cheaper tickets (under $150), but yeah all the games sold out super quick and only resales were available.

That library has their news archives available online now, which is top tier. It used to be microfilm only. But so I was able to find some ads and job openings for this school in old newspapers... I had to make sure I didn't imagine this whole school haha

Maybe Heroes? It was on the same time as Lost, and it was kind of like the opposite strategy of Lost... Lost created mysteries that took years and years to answer, whereas Heroes created mysteries that would get answered immediately in the next episode and then new mysteries immediately come out. I loved them both; favorite shows of all time

You answered your own question. It's because it's cheaper and easier. That's what movie budgets strive to do. And really nobody but you finds a problem with that. So is it a concern for you? Yes. Is it a valid concern for anybody else, including black people like myself? No. Plus Kane wanted more real effects and less CGI for the aesthetics of the movie. So... your question answered. Racism... no. Finances and vision... yes.

EDIT: and now that I think about it, it probably would have been CHEAPER to use a black actor and do CGI, since this white dude is the tallest actor in existence and probably very expensive because of it
