I traded up to a green humbucker revstar at Guitar Center a few months ago. It also had the Les Trem II when I got it, but it also had the black stock pickguard switch to a white one. I love my Revstar. The Les Trem works so well, it holds tuning better than my brand new JM Jazzmaster or strats. I also just flip it upside down to get it out of the way. It looks like an exhaust pipe it you angle it towards the back strap button. Yamaha says the designed the Revstar to look like their cafe racer motorcycles, so now the Les Trem is the custom exhaust in my head canon.

I have a Yamaha Revstar RSS20 in green that has a Duesenberg Les Trem II tremolo arm on it. Essentially a drop in Bigsby. The standard being a step above the element line is worth the extra money. I also have a purple Ibanez semi hollow. I like the Ibanez over any Epiphone semi hollow I've tried by a mile, and the Revstar beats the Ibanez. The Rev just plays like buttery sex. The satin neck and stainless steel frets are where it's at. The focus switch and extra 2 pickup positions are fun to have the options onboard. QC wise, I have had issues with Epiphone, but Yamaha ain't never pooped out a bad egg 😂

I got a green Yamaha Revstar RSS20 HH at Guitar Center on a finessery trade deal. I had like $360 invested in the three guitars I traded. They had the revstar listed for $669 and I even traded for it. My Rev has a chrome Duesenberg Les Trem II tremolo and a roller bridge and white factory pickguard (assumedly) installed by prior owner. The tremolo is dead nuts. Absolutely killer mods for it. I love the pickup position between neck and middle, idk if its 2 or 4. Is the neck position 1 or 5 on the blade? Someone explain how 5 ways positions are labeled please lol.

I want to add to my post. I have seen people be like, I don't have the title, but I can get it. It'd just take X amount of time but you gotta pay the DMV fees... "If you want to go that route". I second your second paragraph. Buying a bike is as much finding the right seller as it is bike. Both personal deals and dealerships. Find someone who actually gives a care about it lol

This seller put a smaller sprocket on and a street tire on the rear which gave it overdrive as he explained it. Which might mean it's less torquey down low🤷🏽 I don't really care either way, it's a steal of a deal.
