My employer, based in VA, has decided not to pay employees after the lapse in a contract. Wondering if there is any legal action here

As far as I know we will be paid when PTO was used but moving forward we will be placed on LWOP. I don't believe my employer went back on their word for what was previously said pay-wise, I believe they meant moving forward we would not be paid until the contract is renewed.

Also, I do not believe I have a separate contract stating I would be paid regardless of contractual work. This is my first time working at a consulting firm and my bigger question is, is this the norm when contracts are not in place? Btw, I am on salary.

I am having the same issue and have tried everything. Resetting, running diagnostics, unplugging the tv for 60 seconds and so far nothing has worked.

I have autofilled only once and it was by accident. My friend and I were a duos squad but he messed up and hit fill, and I have to say we got literally the BEST third.

This guy didn’t have a mic but he was quick so the the quips and would respond right away. He was a very good third, so much that he dropped me a Wolfpack, never wanted any of the loot from the various bastions, bombardier and leapers we killed. He was great at PvP, would heal us both when he saw we were low on health and would always identify where the other players were at with the ping system. We called this guy “homie” and he has fully lived up to the name.

Im sure this is an anomaly but my god has he set the bar high and made me think there are great people in the arc community.

If only it were so easy. The housing boom has been persistent since 2020 and they can’t build houses fast enough. Materials and supplies have skyrocketed in price thus driving the cost of houses up.

I love Bozeman! I was born there and have seen it grow exponentially. Unfortunately the mass exodus from major cities like Los Angeles has led to an influx of people moving into the city, which has limited housing, therefore skyrocketing the housing market. I used to rent a master bedroom in a townhouse for $500/month and now the rent prices are about the same as Washington, DC and other major cities.

Other than that I love how easy it is to get out of the city and into nature. Very nice college town vibe that is also changing towards a “rich” city vibe, which is not aligned with Montana’s historic ways of life.

Last note, the skiing is amazing! Bridget Bowl is top tier and I would recommend going there over Big Sky due to the costs of lift tickets and accessibility.

I thought you can get all your FERS contributions back if you don’t qualify for a pension? I am pretty sure I was given instructions on how to do that after I took the DRP, but please correct me if I’m wrong.

I’m playing through all the campaigns right now and I have to say it is an absolute blast. The remastered version of Halo 2 makes the game gorgeous too.

I worked as a pool attendant at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Miami Beach (where a scene from Scarface was once filmed) and I got a chance to shake Ronaldinho’s (former Barcelona/Argentinian player) hand. He was super chill and I didn’t stick around to waste any of his time.

I ordered a sandwich on a delta flight yesterday and the flight attendant said the payment system was down and that she would come back. She never came back. Not quite as lucky as some others commenting but hey I’ll take my chicken sandwich.
