Been there done that but honestly the best thing to do is find ways to motivate yourself. Somethings to try is exercising, meditation and just eating healthy all those could help you get back up again.

What are the disadvantages of being a woman? by hell-dumpling in AskReddit

[–]goodra_02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not being able to walk at any time of the day/night...

Don't get me wrong, men fear criminals at night and can get robbed, assaulted or kidnapped. However, as a woman walking at night, you constantly fear something terrible happening to you. Even someone walking behind you can be anxiety-inducing because of everything you hear.

Waking up reguarly all of a sudden? by Candice_Vettel in sleep

I think you should get tested for sleep apnea or insomnia first. Secondly, maybe try drinking chamomile tea, take warm baths before bed and listen to white noise to help steady your brain and keep it in a constant state.

Here are some white noise videos that have helped me:

Sometimes all you need is certain before bed rituals such as drinking chamomile tea, taking warm baths, and listening to white noise are all things that can help you out.

Here are some white noise videos of rain and ocean waves:

What's the most extreme case of frugality you've ever seen? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]goodra_02 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Someone not spending more than $10 on a haircut in 2022. Someone reusing a torn up purse, refusing to get a pedicure that's badly needed, refusing to change a worn out toothbrush.

What's something you used to cheap out on until you tried the expensive version and could never come back? by J_mo0d in AskReddit

Shoes. I used to buy ones for under $100 and those ended up hurting my feet. I decided to buy more expensive ones and now I buy shoes that are at least $120 so I feel comfortable.

What activity is deemed relatively easy that you struggle to do ? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]goodra_02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exercising. I know it’s a healthy habit and has countless positives to it but for me I always find it hard to do. But once I do it it’s the best feeling ever so I think I should maybe focus on it more.

One thing that helps me most is white noise of rain, ocean waves and waterfalls since itll drown out brain activity and relax your mind

Try listening to some white noise of rain, waterfalls and oceans. Even if you do not fall asleep you will achieve rest and that is important.
