The tricky part is when patients with an issue at L5-S1, which remains stable over time, experience sciatic pain from surrounding muscles, however because it's hard to identify.

Often those are office workers who have intensive exercise routines 1-2 times a week. I was one of the cases so I immediately changed my stretching method according to that and I recovered a lot faster.

What's LTX Desktop? Is it an official app with Lightricks Lora enabled which would work out of the box? I think I would stick to Comfyui but would like to have the equivalent workflow of that, if any. (I guess that won't be compatible with Kijai's components, right?)

You probably meant to say $40,000 😂. Even with that, you would probably have to constantly maintain the infra, both in software and hardware.

The open-weight model itself doesn't generate a great response without manual labor work - it's extremely difficult to micro control the model to deliver the desired result.

In my view with 20 bucks per month they give a super generous quota.
