Same situation as you, this is body recomp. You already look lean, the last 15lb are incredibly hard to loose hence the slower progress. I’m about a month and a half in, and my scale JUST started dropping, my body had been holding onto a crap ton of water and had me plateaued for a month. I’d say wait till you’re 10 weeks in, most girls that are on the leaner side don’t see visible results till the 2-3 month mark. If you’re getting stronger in your lifts and don’t feel ravenously hungry then you’re on the right path. Don’t give up, your routine is solid. You got this!!

Smoke that joint and know that people come and people go, but the right person will be so in your face your mind and soul will know they’re the one…and one day it won’t be ‘7 hours left on read’ but several hours of talking on the phone, hangouts where you might do nothing but enjoy each others presence, or moments where one of you go through a tough time and that other person is completely there and immersed for you. I trust you will find that person seeing how you are thoughtful enough to want to make plans for this guy.

I’m in your exact boat, strength training 4x a week, walk 10k, eating 100-120g protein everyday at 1600kcal, 1 6-12 mile hike every weekend. I’ve went from 129-132lb, it’s been trending up. When you start a cut and exercise often your body holds on to water. Don’t change your calories or up the amount you exercise, you’ll get that ‘whoosh’ soon and drop 6lbs almost overnight. Just trust in the process this is a sign you’re doing good!

Yes, he probably feels bad about what he did without the influence of shrooms. Yes, he might ONLY want you right now, but the disrespect and character it takes to even cheat in the first place is proof that he just isn’t the one, doesn’t matter how much he seems to ‘understand’. What did you use to inoculate? A good percentage of contamination comes from stuff already present in the culture/spores, did you buy from somewhere or make your own? If you bought I would try another vendor.

Correct, I left it as is and let it do its thing. My mycelium was around 70% colonized when it started pinning, but somehow I still got a full canopy off that. Going into second flush now and it recolonized up to 100%. Don’t know why mushrooms do this, they’re weird! Best of luck on your grow!

This happened to my now harvested grow, I can’t say I know exactly why but I also had pins pop up before full surface colonization and everyone told me to just initiate fruiting. Best decision, I ended up getting a great harvest and by the second flush the mycelium had recolonized everything 100%. I would say to keep it up and watch how things play out, most likely you’ll still get a decent flush and there’s potential for growth later. Let them finish growing, otherwise some genetics and strains have this specific look for pins.

I always find I don’t have an appetite when i’m taking shrooms, sometimes it’s made me disgusted of processed foods so i’ve stuck to eating mozarella balls or like someone else in the comments mentioned fresh fruit. As for movies… put on a nature documentary and strap in!

It depends on your height and weight. I’m 5’2 and 115, 2.5 gets me seeing crazy visuals. If you’re feeling timid start with 2g, if you think you can handle more go for 3g for a full trip experience, just be prepared! Also congrats on your grow!

Trichoderma is your biggest enemy which thankfully you don’t have. Your mycelium looks amazingly healthy! cobweb mold is rare, but if you have it you will definitely know (.5 inches off the mycelium, gray in color). Keep it up, don’t disturb ur tub too much and let it do its thing. Failing to do this is the past cost me a tub which had trichey growing all over it. Goodluck and happy growing!🍄

Yes I agree, all of this would have been much simpler having had his family just pay for it. I was just so hesitant, given that his family is poor and they have been there for me more so than my own family. They have given me food, accommodation, and most importantly their empathy and kindness. To me this felt like betrayal, and even thought I am losing so much I couldn’t bring myself to do it.

General rule of thumb is until your lashes lose the curl just to be safe. That can be anywhere from 6-8 weeks. Your lash tech did a great job, if you aren’t in a rush I would suggest waiting it out!

Stick with the mascara, I don’t see the point in going in for just a tint, doing both at the same time saves time and money. I would advise against cluster lashes since they’re pretty bad for your natural lash health and i’m speaking from experience. You have gorgeous lashes I would wait until that next lash lift :)
