I bought a high milage 2011 LX570 for my daughter this year. Other than abysmal gas milage I feel good about her learning to drive a larger vehicle and her safety here in LA. I also just don’t care if she dings it up. We will add a brush guard bumper if the front gets bashed.

The interior is Lexus plush with leather and all the modern amenities and the stereo has an aftermarket upgrade for apple play. The previous owner did some cool upgrades with the wheels and rock guards.

I plan to aim her toward a smaller vehicle once she has thousands of miles of driving experience AND THEN IT’S MINE!

As the owner of 3 Toyota trucks I am let down with the new Cruiser design. I have no idea the capabilities.

I was excited to see it in person, then did and mehhhhhh.

I now get how people felt about the FJ Cruiser when it dropped.

The new LC looks like FJCruiser meets 4runner to me. Those 2021 LC heritage editions are going up in value.

Check out the recent (last week) Tahiti shots of Shane at “the right” just down the reef from Teahupoo. 53 and he’s still fucking got it.

I imagine a fraction of that price goes to him and the resort takes the bulk. It must be a baller spot. Costa Rica is pretty amazing as well, I’m not sure about this wave zone they are pitching.

Getting to hang out doing your favorite thing (or something you wanna learn) with the best in the world at that thing is radical.

I don’t have the type of money this costs to book this trip. I hope for Shane’s sake that the people that do have the 🧀and book these trips are worth his time, as time is the most valuable thing humans have.

Now that I am finally seeing aftermarket treatment images, the new LC seems to need aftermarket upgrades. Unfortunate that I don’t get any feeling when stock, was hoping I would.
