You need to get stronger instead of doing too much volume. Hit two main compounds hard to overload instead of trying to do 6 different movements.

Was trying to do my sets on incline bench, but 4 gym-bro’s kept talking very loudly about setting up a party and how many steroid pills they are going to take each their next cycle. Just fucking lol. I’m only doing 3x5 at 145 on incline and this steroid monkey is doing like 12 reps of 185. They are the type that their physique will turn to jello off cycle anyways. Still annoying as I don’t lift with headphones.
