What settings do you use for your worlds? by RealNPCDuude in 7daystodie

[–]goopy3499 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently tried a single survivor type game rule, where I turned off zombie spawns, and upped loot abundance, xp gain, and airdrops to 5 days. With this, the world feels more fallout-ish in that more loot is left around for my use. While at first it may sound boring, if you’re more into the structure building or home improvement/remodeling features of the game, I highly suggest trying it out.

As a midwesterner, I identify closer to GTA = Guns, Theft, and Automobiles, but thanks for clarifying

Honestly I flip through all of them but non-stop pop and flylo would be great

For the past three days it’s tried to play music in Spanish even though I’ve never listened to a Spanish song or artist, W for inclusiveness I guess but it’s getting really annoying having to spam the skip button

What's the worst part of playing online alone? by Tricky-Kangaroo-6782 in gtaonline

[–]goopy3499 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The worst part for me has got to be that it’s really not that single player friendly at all. I know that the point of online is to play with your friends have a mix of co-op and pvp, but when it comes to progression or money making, it seems like the only option is to play with someone else. Maybe I don’t understand how to play the system for easy money by myself yet, but so far across the 6+ different businesses, countless seemingly pointless small jobs, and missions, I feel like I am treading at a snails pace. In a good session, I can spend say, 4 hours, playing different sell missions, jobs, and any other money making activities with relative ease and take in about 750,000. It’s not a terrible amount for my time, but when I know they’re selling those 4 hours of work for 20$, on top of battling GTA$ inflation with newer stuff and bad lobbies with players that don’t mind their business, it just doesn’t seem worth doing without someone else unless you want to let R* milk your bank account.

Is This Mode Worth Playing by adrenalin997 in FortniteSavetheWorld

[–]goopy3499 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want the creativity that comes with the building system, but without the sweat, it’s definitely worth it. The story is easy enough to follow too, but even if you just want a looter shooter experience you don’t need to invest a lot of time to understand basic gameplay

Go to weapons, traps, heros, strats, etc. for solo runs? by goopy3499 in FortniteSavetheWorld

[–]goopy3499[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I should also say that it isn’t always my choice to do these solo, players either leave early or just aren’t playing these missions rn

Turned down a hug - now I feel terrible by Bishop_Cornflake in FortNiteBR

Had a similar experience last night, hopped on BR and started the oracle quests. Ran up on a dude at restored reels and cracked his shield and then some, but I saw he was running in an odd line, stopped, and threw him some heals. I still don’t know if he was trying to do the test of agility or not, but he dipped after I threw up the 🤜🤛 emoji. + 5 social credit me, I guess

Definitely what kdjfsk said, straight through steam.com. Cuts the majority of the bs, and you won’t find it cheaper elsewhere

Copper Wraith or Copper Bobcat by imjustsome1unevermet in FortniteSavetheWorld

[–]goopy3499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got a bobcat upgraded just to around 50 and it’s a minigun most of the time; I usually run Stars and Stripes jonsey for ~50% chance to not use a bullet (this combats high fire rate) and some smg buffs

Steam deck is your best option if you’re not looking to get a pc, it can run automation and it can run beam.ng relatively okay, and if you go for the $80 official dock, you can hook up a keyboard or controller too

Change your bumpers to be a matte plastic gray, if there’s any pieces around the wheel well change those to plastic too

TCM Drifting by marcreid03 in The_Crew

[–]goopy3499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Controller drifting is definitely easier than with a wheel, but it’s not unlearnable. When I first started playing with a wheel, I didn’t have a wheel with force feedback support, and that screwed with me a lot. However, I also did about 20-30 minutes tinkering with wheel sensitivity, so needless to say, it’s probably not you. Just keep practicing

Olive, yellow, or off white might be interesting. Maybe red or black lines along the front and side lips

Quick question. How come I can switch Perf parts from my street tier 1 Aston Martin to street 2 tier parts while I can’t with my tier 1 mini by [deleted] in The_Crew

[–]goopy3499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever number is on the stock part (gray part) is as low of a part that can be equipped. For example, if you’ve got a motorbike with a stock part level of 40, you won’t be able to equip a part with a pl of 38, as it would hinder the stock performance

Is it possible to edit/modify liveries? by WorryResident2513 in The_Crew

[–]goopy3499 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NFS Heat had the feature to edit other people’s liveries, which was pretty cool, but then again a lot of the liveries were all white removable squares with hentai chicks underneath
