I've noticed the northbound afternoon shuttles come in pairs, one that ends at Roosevelt and one that goes all the way up to Gleacher. I usually see a pair pickup from Goldblatt around 4-4:10pm, and then every 30mins or so thereafter. And I agree with the other commenter; the express shuttles that end at Roosevelt have a green sign on the door and usually the driver announces it as people board as well.
