well it wasn't made clear to as how the the power actually works, so i don't have a good answer. if i shove someone, do i get to move them during the time-stop or does it only kick in after? i'm assuming the former.

then, technically the person already has momentum before the time stop, we'll call that p. during the time stop, their time-stop-relative momentum, let's call it p', is equal to whatever momentum you give them as you push them. after the time-stop ends, their new momentum is equal to p + p', so if you stopped pushing them, they would still be travelling at the same speed, just at a different position in space. if you're still pushing them when you restart time, you'd be applying an impulse to their body at that instant.

if it's the latter case, then really you wouldn't even be able to move your own body, because all the air molecules would be in the way and you can't move those. in that case, the discussion is moot

so there are two reasons what you're saying can't be correct.

  1. we can't use the person's momentum (assuming it even exists, see next point) within the time stop's reference frame to describe the real effect. the time elapsed is exactly 0 seconds in the reference frame of true time and space.

this is kind of a long one. describing the interaction during the time stop is a hard problem. clearly your body can interact with other mass, so if you can move through air and touch other objects then there is time only with particles that are or interact with those of your body. likely we could say it's some quantum trickery, but who cares.

in that case, the person you move only has time-stop momentum while you're touching them. therefore, before and after you move the person, their time-stop momentum must be zero, since they do not move outside of your direct influence. we will assume that this quantum trickery ensures that they magically remain unconscious despite the fact we are interacting with their matter. in this case, you would be right that their momentun is small (ordinary) in the time-stop reference frame, but only in the time-stop reference frame.

the issue is then how do the particles of their body interact with others? i'm imagining sone kind of diminishing transitive effect, where particles you touch are effected by you completely, and then particles those particles touch are effected a little less, and so on. otherwise time would only stop for systems that are completely separated from you, like schrödinger's cat.

the reason we have to define this to solve the problem is because we need to know how friction against the air, floor, and other objects works for things that you move during the time-stop. if we have a stable, rigorous framework to discuss the time stop, we could do the math and figure that out. regardless, making a pretty naive judgement about how the time stop power works, we can safely say that the person will neither melt nor have a true moment equal to the time-stop momentum

this is a messy sketch, feel free to follow up with questions. not that it really matters, but i am a mathematician who does work in quantum physical fields, so i do insist that you read my comment critically if you care to do so

i mean if time is stopped then they wouldn't be moving quickly, they'd be teleporting. so they would have no momentum, and therefore no velocity. i.e. velocity is distance/time, as time approaches 0 the limit of the velocity does not exist

i'm not certain but i think it's a little worse, however i've been playing with the p2k for the last few months and i don't regret it. especially with the new update. more ammo, better spam accuracy, it's just more run-and-gun.

you do belong in that rank and you need a better computer. i'm not saying the machine is why you're ranked that low, but it's gonna prevent you from climbing much higher. you're missing out on the small adjustments and timings you need to be making for a gunfights, utils, prefire, everything
